Chardonnay. 3sixty2 Marlborough. 2016
This 2016 single-vineyard Chardonnay was hand harvested from a small vineyard on the Wairau in Marlborough. Grapes were hand harvested, whole bunch pressed and fermented in older French barriques. 25% of this wine went through a wild ferment and 100% went through natural malolactic fermentation. We only made 1248 bottles of this.

Marlborough Pinot Noir. A beautiful synergy has formed between fruit and secondary characters that mainly stems from the 2019 drought, low yields, and smaller than usual berries. A complete wild ferment combined with intricate and luxurious tannin structure reveals this to be a wine to be taken seriously. Made for my old man.

This wine displays hallmark Pinot characteristics, floral and berry compote. Pressed straight to French barrel after a 5-day cold soak. An authoritative tannin structure, finely integrated oak and grounding acidity. Featuring a 100% wild ferment, the structured finish is a long and abundant in spice.
