Postage of Kia ora YULIP products is through the NZ postal service, via L&T Collective Ltd. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Our customer staff service staff will be happy to help you with any enquiries regarding your order or products during the following hours: (NZ Time) Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 4:00PM via emails or Instagram DMs. Please note that we don’t have a physical store.
Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to a secure location where it is safe to leave them. You can leave instructions for couriers in the “Additional Information or Notes” when checking-out but please ensure they are left in a secure location. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for parcels going missing after they have been scanned as delivered to the correct address.

HOW TO FOLLOW UP YOUR ORDER If you haven’t received your order in the reasonable delivery time for your postcode or country, please email email@example.com with your order number and name for us to follow up delivery. RETURNS L&T Collective Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by e-mail, KakaoTalk or Instagram DM. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If goods sent to you are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us by e-mail. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 5 working days.
