How much will my shipping cost?
NZ SHIPPING - Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 per order (framed or unframed prints plus T-Shirts) regardless of how many items are in the order.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING - We also ship to Australia and charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.95 per order regardless of how many items are in the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our products are custom made and therefore subject to pre-order.
For t-shirts and unframed image orders, we aim to dispatch orders within 6-10 working days.
For framed images, all frames are handmade on a regular cycle. We order frames on Monday's to ship them on Wednesday of the following week. This means that your order may take between 10-16 working days to dispatch depending on when we receive your order.
Under normal operating conditions, delivery is usually 1-3 for North Island or South Island deliveries. For rural addresses please allow an extra 2-3 working days.
Please also bear in mind we are a small team and although we process orders as soon as we can, occasionally orders can take a little longer than the timeframes listed above. If you are needing an order before a specific date, please get in touch with us before you place the order and we'll see what we can do for you!
We've had an email saying our order is on the way, but it hasn't arrived yet?
Most orders should get to you within the next 1-3 working days from your email advice. South Island deliveries can take up to 2-4 working days and rural deliveries can take an extra day or two on top of that. However, occasionally shipping companies do make errors and/or experience abnormal volumes of packages and that can lead to a delay. If you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
One Thousand Blooms take great care to ensure your orders are protected in transit. In the unfortunate event that your order does not arrive in perfect condition, or the wrong product arrives, please email email@example.com within 48 hours. You may be asked to provide evidence of the damaged/faulty or incorrect goods. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will be not accepted as faulty. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed). All garment tags must be still attached to the item.
Once inspected and confirmed, One Thousand Blooms will exchange it for the same item. All items need to be returned within 7 days from the date of your parcel delivery. If the item is out of stock you will be advised immediately and will have the opportunity to choose another product of the same value, or apply for a credit note. If there are signs that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
WALL ART RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
As we print your items individually on order, we are unable to accept returns due to a change in customer preference, so please take a look at our size guide and choose your sizes carefully.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit note. If you are approved, then your credit note will be issued within 5 working days. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
To return your product, email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and an address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item back to us, make sure the parcel is secure (we suggest an insured shipping or posting method, as well as lots of tape) as you are responsible for it until it reaches us. One Thousand Blooms does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
