You can get a refund, exchange or store credit voucher if the item has a manufacturing fault. If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you can only get an exchange or store credit voucher. To initiate the refund, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the order detailing the issues. Please attach the proof of payment and any images if needed. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to get refunded.
We will pay for the return postage fee only if the return is due to a manufacturing fault. All returns will be processed once we receive the item and we confirm that it is in new condition.
