We here at The Fox, want you to love the items you have received!
If that is not the case we will offer an exchange or store credit on any item. If your garment is faulty we will happily offer you a refund.
Please email us at email@example.com, tell us what and why you are returning a garment within 7 days of the item being delivered.
Then please send back your item to 64 Forest Lake Road Hamilton, New Zealand 3200 with all tags attached and in its original condition. Please send it in a track and trace parcel as we have no control on it getting back to us. All shipping costs must be covered by you.
Once we have received the item we will assess the item. If it is faulty we will then offer you a return, exchange or store credit. (Please note we only offer refunds on faulty items)
If you decide you wish to cancel your order once placed you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five hours of your original purchase.
We do not offer refunds on cancelled orders after five hours of the original purchase.
